Parker Hannifin is extending its P1V-M air vane motors range to include two new sizes, namely 900 and 1200 watts, combined with new ATEX (II 2 GD C IIC T4) certified variants and a non-gearbox derivative. Together with the existing 200, 400 and 600-watt models, the P1V-M series represents the largest power range available in the global market today.

Schunk eGrip web tool for creating 3D printed gripper jaws

Schunk eGrip is described as the world's first fully automatic design tool for creating additively manufactured gripper jaws. Schunk eGrip needs only minimal data for the fully automatic calculation of the optimal 3D contour, pricing and delivery schedule. Schunk says its licence-free, browser-based web tool reduces the design and ordering time for customised gripper jaws to only 15 minutes.

Stainless steel pressure sensors provide very fast response time

Stainless steel pressure sensors that provide very fast response times of less than 0.5ms are now available from Impress Sensors & Systems Ltd. The DMP 320 series of pressure sensors represent "˜high speed and high precision'. With a response time of ≤0.5ms and a sampling rate of 10kHz, the sensors are suitable for a wide range of high-precision, high-speed pressure measurement applications in a variety of industry sectors, including energy, utilities, water and waste water, power generation, chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, oil & gas, and general process manufacturing. E75/E76 series photoelectric sensors for demanding applications

Eaton is launching its new E75/E76 series of high-performance photoelectric sensors. Sensors with field-adjustable background suppression and a considerably extended sensing range are being released for the first time thanks to the IntelliView technology. This technology enables a number of new sensing techniques for colour, contrast and luminescence sensing for demanding applications requiring increased precision over large distances in challenging conditions. The high precision combined with the improved background suppression make the E75/E76 series into a flexible, high-performance option for a wide range of applications. The company's sales engineers are able to quickly measure the oil content of an operator's compressed air network and submit the results in a report within 3 minutes on site.
