>Typical design projects include: Electromechanical machine design, component design from prototype to full production, project management of prototype production, including sourcing third party components, Reverse Engineering of obsolete components, Jigs and Fixtures, Measurement/QA equipment design, Health and Safety guarding, Sheet metal design, Clean room furniture and R&D projects.
>We also serve the Rotational Moulding industry with our range of Almond mould clamps designed by ourselves and in consultation with Rotational Moulders. The Almond range have proved to be very long lasting with their robust design, comfortable 'fishtail' handle and easy to fit and adjust. These are manufactured from tough cast stainless steel which is corrosion resistant through thousands of heating/cooling cycles.
