Almond Engineering Ltd is a successful design and precision Engineering company offering design, precision engineering and fabrication services to customers requiring high levels of service and technical excellence. The company is exhibiting at Northern Manufacturing on stand B68
>Formed in 1979 we have grown and adapted over the years and today currently serve approx 204 customers across most sectors of the UK economy including: Oil and Gas, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace and Defence, Packaging, Food & Drink, Medical & even Higher education.
>With over 250 years combined experience in our well equipped factory and continuing investment in the latest technology we are well placed to deliver value to you and with 4 full time designers the in-house design team are focused on helping you realise your vision with high quality and cost effective solutions.
>Typical design projects include: Electromechanical machine design, component design from prototype to full production, project management of prototype production, including sourcing third party components, Reverse Engineering of obsolete components, Jigs and Fixtures, Measurement/QA equipment design, Health and Safety guarding, Sheet metal design, Clean room furniture and R&D projects.
>We also serve the Rotational Moulding industry with our range of Almond mould clamps designed by ourselves and in consultation with Rotational Moulders. The Almond range have proved to be very long lasting with their robust design, comfortable 'fishtail' handle and easy to fit and adjust. These are manufactured from tough cast stainless steel which is corrosion resistant through thousands of heating/cooling cycles.
>With a very strong and experienced team and ongoing investment in state of the art equipment we strive to add real value to our customers business. We really enjoy the challenges of one off and development work, as well as having a great reputation for high quality small to medium batch machining.
