WERMA expands signal tower range with new ‘RST’ product line

The aesthetic signal tower also impresses with sophisticated features, the compact, slim diameter of 57 mm, multiple mounting options and the extremely high degree of protection IP 66 / IP 69k.

We are delighted to be able to present our latest innovation, says Ralf Lattuch, sales manager at WERMA Signaltechnik. It not only demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in signalling technology, but also expands our existing signal tower range with an important product family in a new diameter.

With a diameter of just under 60 mm, the RST signal tower is ideal for small to medium-sized machines, systems, control cabinets and apparatus engineering. In addition to the existing, narrow KombiSIGN 40 and Kompakt 37 signal towers and our classic KombiSIGN 72 and eSIGN with a diameter of 70 mm, we now offer the RST signal tower with a diameter of 57 mm, says Lattuch.

Highly visible all round

A key feature of the new RST LED signal tower is its 360 visibility, so that the signals are clearly perceived in all directions. Regardless of the viewing angle, the signals are clearly recognisable and provide a reliable visual warning.

The milky dome also creates a soft yet lively lighting effect, resulting in a homogeneous, appealing light pattern. This aesthetically pleasing yet functional appearance is ideal for modern machine design, for example in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, packaging machines and the food industry.

The new RST signal pillar family also impresses with a variety of other highlights: The pre-configured column is available in four sizes and illuminates in two to five powerful segments and colours, depending on the variant. A buzzer is available as an option, which provides additional attention with its 90 decibel acoustic signal.

Thanks to the high degree of protection IP 66 / IP 69k, the robust column is also suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor ap-plications. The connection is made via an M12 thread (8-pin) or a spring-loaded terminal.

Flexible mounting and extensive accessories

The RST signal tower is not only versatile and innovative, but also designed for a wide range of applications. It is quick and easy to install regardless of whether wall, floor, ceiling or pipe mounting is required. It can be attached to smaller machines, systems and equipment or to control cabinets or walls. It offers maximum flexibility thanks to the various mounting options and extensive range of accessories.
