The CAT-S range of Industrial PCs from RDS are powerful and cost-effective Industrial Mini-STX PCs designed around compact Mini-STX boards. They are manufactured in Germany and come with long term supply and support from RDS. Supporting up to 32Gb DDR memory and with SATA3 / M.2 SSD interface, RDS’s CAT-S Industrial PCs are said to deliver exceptional performance in a compact industrial chassis. They come with customisable interfaces and are ready to accept memory, storage and operating systems.
All CAT-S PCs can be supplied as a complete system or as a kit and are available with either Windows 10 IoT, Linux or Ubuntu operating systems. They are fully supported by Intel Gemini Lake or Coffee Lake processors, Quad or Dual-core processors and are capable of driving two or even three displays at once. Either actively or passively cooled, these industrial PCs offer the flexibility and performance to handle the most intensive industrial applications says RDS.
The CAT-S PCs are designed for 24-hour operation, have a wide voltage input of 8V – 24V and are developed to EN61000-6-2 standards. The units are fully customisable with the users own logo, add-on expansion cards or additional connectors to front and rear plates – one has a choice! Key products available include:
