Commenting on the launch of the new range, general manager Simon Lambert says: "The new Luna pump has been specifically developed to meet stringent hygiene standards, including 3A and EHEDG. It has also been designed with C-I-P (Clean-in Place) and S-I-P (Sterilise-in-Place) procedures in mind. Wetted parts are manufactured in 316L stainless steel as standard, with other materials available that can withstand the most arduous regimes and corrosive cleaning chemicals. In addition, a range of hygienic fittings are also available, ensuring all market requirements are met.

With maximum flow volumes up to 300m3/h, Mono's Luna lobe pumps are able to handle a wide range of viscosities and temperatures -40degC and 100degC as standard, with optional performance up to 200degC.
