Norgren appoints new European Chief Finance Officer

His previous employment includes finance roles at Dalgety plc then the EMEA Financial Director for the Polymer Sealing Solutions division of TI plc, which was acquired by Smiths Group plc as part of their merger with TI. He then had a key role in the sale of the business by Smiths to Trelleborg. Richard subsequently took up the role of EMEA CFO at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, part of the Danaher Corporation, before his most recent post where he spent seven years as the CFO of the Cellular Foam Division of the Vita Group (formerly British Vita plc) under TPG private equity ownership, where he was involved in developing and executing strategy covering restructuring, reorganisation, ERP implementation, footprint expansion and business disposals.
