Mouser celebrates innovation at Embedded World 2018

Mouser Electronics will once again exhibit at Embedded World 2018 - the world's biggest exhibition and conference focused on embedded technologies, occurring February 27-March 1 in Nuremberg, Germany. Mouser representatives will be in Booth 111 in Hall 3A to discuss the entire spectrum of embedded systems and display innovative products and technologies from a wide range of industry-leading manufacturers.

Visitors to the Mouser booth can pick up a free Mouser coffee mug and also register for a chance to win one of 11 development kits from some of Mouser's suppliers, including Microchip Technology, Maxim, ON Semiconductor, NXP, and Linear Technology, now part of Analog Devices. To enter the drawing before Embedded World begins, go to www.mouser.com/embeddedworld.

In Hall 3A, Booth 111, exciting embedded technologies from three suppliers will be on display. The Analog Devices team will be in the Mouser booth to demonstrate the ADALM-PLUTO active learning module and ADALM2000 hardware platform - an all-in-one USB oscilloscope, function generator, logic analyser, digital pattern generator, and power supply. Representatives from Basler will show a facial recognition application using a Basler camera module, as well as an AAEON UP board running a facial recognition algorithm provided by Basler's software partners, Sightcorp. Pycom will display its range of Internet of Things (IoT) development boards, showing how easy it can be to set up secure networks to acquire data from multiple wireless connection types, such as GSM, SigFox, and LoRa.

Throughout Embedded World, Mouser will also host presentations from top suppliers at the Exhibitor's Forum. Attendees can learn about trends and technologies from Analog Devices, Digi International, Nordic Semiconductor, NXP, Silicon Labs, and Texas Instruments.

At Embedded World 2018, Mouser is launching a fun, new game, Pick Pack Ship. Players help Matt the Mouser Robot pull as many components as possible while navigating through the Mouser warehouse. Each day of the exhibition, Mouser will award a prize to the five highest-scoring players.

Graham Maggs, Vice President of Marketing-EMEA for Mouser Electronics, comments: "Mouser supports the entire design ecosystem. We have one of the largest ranges of dev kits in stock in the world. We want designers to come away from Embedded World with ideas, inspiration and tools they need to do their jobs. Good luck to all who enter our contests, and I look forward to seeing you on our booth. We'll have free coffee waiting for you."
