Ishida to showcase next generation integrated food packing solutions at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026

A focus for this year's GFM show will be Ishida's Inspira iTPS snack food packing system, demonstrating how weighing, bagmaking and seal testing can be seamlessly combined for maximum speed, efficiency and seal integrity. Alongside this, visitors can explore a wide range of Ishida technologies that include tray sealing, inspection and production monitoring - all designed to help manufacturers optimise performance and ensure compliance.

Highlighting Ishida's pioneering role in the multihead weighing arena, the CCW-AS will be displayed in a configuration for frozen food applications. It is a key part of Ishida's extensive range of multihead weighers, all designed to handle diverse food products while delivering outstanding weighing performance, near-zero giveaway, exceptional consistency and support for efficient production.

Ishida's QX-500 tray sealer will demonstrate how producers can achieve high levels of automation without compromising flexibility. Featuring a compact footprint, rapid tool changes and operation without compressed air, the system supports a wide range of tray and film formats while delivering consistently high seal quality.

To help food manufacturers meet increasingly stringent quality and compliance requirements, Ishida will showcase its IX-PD X-ray inspection system, alongside the DACS-GN-SE checkweigher with integrated CEIA metal detector. Together, these technologies provide comprehensive inspection capabilities, supporting contaminant detection, weight compliance and brand protection.

Completing the line-up, Ishida's Sentinel 5.0 production monitoring software gives users greater visibility of plant performance. By turning production data into meaningful insights, operators can unlock hidden efficiencies through real-time performance data visibility.
