Endoline announces new company structure

At the PPMA Show Endoline Machinery will announce their future company plans - as a new generation of management spearheads the company's new direction. While the company continues to be headed by Alan Yates, the third generation of Yates' are taking the reins of the business. Recent changes have seen Andrew Yates become the Sales Director responsible for the entire sales and marketing of the company and Kit Yates take the role of Operations Director, responsible for the full operational side of the business.

Endoline announces new company structure

Alan Yates explains: "Endoline has always been a family-run business since my father established the company in 1981, which is something we are extremely proud of. I have always envisaged the future of the company to be maintained within the family and now, with Andrew and Kit boasting over 20 years of experience between them, I am very excited about the future direction of the business."

While the Yates' brothers have been taking over the day-to-day responsibilities for a period of time the company has been fine-tuned in line with customer demands and changing trends from the industry. Kit Yates explains: "We have been spending the necessary time and investment to apply lean principles into the business. By improving our internal systems and processes we are reducing operating costs and expanding our organisational capacity. In turn this lean principle is applied to our systems where we are expanding our range of "SMART' systems in line with customer demand for high-quality, affordable systems."

The sales force has also been boosted with the appointment of three new Sales Managers. Critically, as the company faces an increase in demand for their systems overseas with a 150 per cent growth in export sales, the export team now boasts two managers. A dedicated European Sales Manager role has been created for Grigory Belosky, who joins Endoline from Russian distributor Arcon. Multilingual, Grigory brings with him an excellent knowledge of the European market. Andrew Yates, who also manages distributor relationships for the rest of the world, explains: "Our current strategy for Europe is to offer existing agents closer one-to-one mentoring with regular visits and stronger pipeline management."

Within the UK emphasis is primarily on strengthening existing customer relationships and creating bespoke products in demand to evolving needs from UK manufacturers. Mark Budd joins Endoline from S&S Inspection Ltd, with experience in multiple industries including food, chemicals and process. While Mark heads up the North of England, with key accounts including United Biscuits and KP to manage, the South of the country is managed by James Saywell who will manage Key Accounts including Kettle Crisps, Tulip and Amazon.

Andrew comments: "Maintaining our customer base and growing the business through innovations and new relations has always been at the forefront for Endoline, but the company has been evolving slowly for some time. By investing in time and effort, however, this strong, new team underpins the foundation of Endoline and we are looking forward to further growth, both at home and internationally."
