Coded magnetic safety switches

The HE-Series combines the ease of use and maintenance of a simple magnetic safety switch with improved security, performance levels and the indication of an electronic safety switch.

The fully encapsulated HE safety switches withstand shoch and vibration, wash down and most harsh environments, making them ideal for use in the food processing/filling and packing industries as well as many other non-locking machine guard applications.

Available in all the popular housings, the HE-Series is an ideal upgrade from traditional non-coded magnetic safety switches.

Most recently the HE range has been expanded to include a new design of the double door switch, the HE2-D is a smaller slimline version of the HED but upholds the same fixing points as the HE2. The HE2-D allows the user to maintain safety status over two adjoining doors with the use of only one safety switch.

The HE1-M is a novel take on the standard HE1, the HE1-M contains all the benefits of the standard HE1 with some minor alterations. The HE1-M still has 22mm fixing centres but the overall dimensions have been made smaller. Mechan has also changed the cable entry point from the back of the switch to the side. Also available is the HEM40 slim line in ABS material to complement the range.
