Call for papers - Food Manufacturing Live

Food Manufacturing Live, organised by The Engineering Network (TEN) is calling for submissions from thought leaders and innovators to deliver a keynote address that will inspire and inform an audience of senior manufacturing professionals responsible for driving efficiency and profitability in food production.

Call for papers - Food Manufacturing Live

Held on 15 October 2025 at the National Agricultural Exhibition Centre, and co-located with Machine Building Live, Food Manufacturing Live is the UK's only event staged exclusively for companies manufacturing, packaging or processing food and drink products.

Now in its second year, a key draw for the exhibition will again be its free-to-attend workshop programme. This year's keynotes will spotlight the cutting-edge automation and robotics, digital transformation and technology innovations that are reshaping food manufacturing.

If you can provide practical insights for a professional audience of directors, executives, engineering and plant managers, heads of manufacturing operations, and technical, automation and continuous improvement leaders, into how these advancements can cut costs, boost throughput and elevate product quality, offering tangible returns on investment for manufacturers of all sizes, and would like to present a keynote at the event, TEN would like to hear from you.

Highlighting the latest technologies, real-world applications, live case studies, best practice in food production environments, and thought leadership for improving efficiencies in our sector, suggested areas for coverage include:

- Factory Automation and Robotics

- AI, Machine Learning and Predictive Maintenance

- Digital Twins and Smart Factories

- Advanced Packaging and Inspection Systems

- Energy-Efficient Manufacturing

- Data-Driven Manufacturing

- Labour Optimisation Technologies

If you'd like to present a keynote at Food Manufacturing Live, contact us in the first instance with your proposed keynote title, a 300-500 word abstract outlining the session content and key takeaways, plus a 200 word speaker biography. Submissions should be sent to The Engineering Network ([email protected]), with a deadline of 18 July 2025.

Be a part of Food Manufacturing Live: share your expertise with a targeted, influential audience; position your brand as a leader in industrial innovation; network with decision-makers and key industry stakeholders; and influence the future of smart food manufacturing.
