Internal and double spur gears from Ondrives
Quality Grade 9 ISO 1328 is the standard chosen for Ondrives' brand new range of double and internal spur gears, recently added to their 528 page gear specific catalogue, available now.
0.5 to 3.0 Mod are the standard sizes for the double gear range with a corresponding range of teeth and bore sizes as the norm. Other bore sizes, different numbers of teeth and other materials are all available on request, states Sales Manager Barbara Fisher, with complete specials also easily accommodated due to an ever expanding 3D CAD drawing department able to interpret customer's specifications and requirements at the touch of a button.
"There is also our recently extended CNC machining department to further show our customers just exactly what we can offer in terms of machining capability as well as flexibility," prompts Managing Director, Ben Hinchliffe. "We urge customers to check out our website which has recent photographs showing these extensions and new machines purchased taking us forward into the best we can offer for our new range of gears. One of the latest machines purchased is the Inova gear inspection machine which is housed in the newly built clean room specifically commissioned for assembly and inspection only, ensuring customers receive the best quality gears Ondrives' are able to produce."
The internal gears are also part of this commercial range of products and are available in either 214M15 steel or delrin as standard. Sizes again start at 0.5 Mod and go up to 1.5 Mod as standard. Straight cut spur gears of the same size are also available to order for use in conjunction with these internal gears as standard from the catalogue.
